Do I need to be there when my storage container is delivered or picked up?
It is not necessary for you to be home when a storage container is picked up or delivered. However, we will need specific directions as to where to locate your box and where it is to be delivered.
Can I still order storage containers if I am not sure where or when I am moving?
Absolutely, you can order your moving containers and either store them yourself or at our storage facility for as long as you need.
